Why Salugnon?
As a proud resident of Jaro Leyte, the author decided to name it SALUGNON, hence it is a native name for “taga-Jaro”. The Author will develop Salugnon as a project repository and directory of events, personalities, photos, and things all about Jaro Leyte.
Why BLOG instead of A WEBSITE?
The author decided to use a BLOG instead of a WEBSITE, for he can’t afford to purchase a domain name and host.
Why WordPress?
The Author choose wordpress for it is free, easy to use, and has support features that any free blogspots doesn’t have yet.

WordPress is a great choice for many small websites (non-commercial). You’re right that it offers features not found elsewhere (for free) and also the staff here is wonderful with support.
I hope you’ll continue posting photos, not only from Jaro, but around the area there
